Before the challenge I was on my fail home/work routine, oftentimes not dedicated so much time for myself, my me time (except for walks). During the challenge I had created a morning routine to sit with myself and do the tasks Ivanda prepared for us, it was refreshing to look into different areas of my life through those tasks.
I had my purpose set for those 21 days, I have to admit I skipped some in the very end, but overall, my favorite tasks were 7 levels deep, gives a whole different perspective on things we think we know. A poison of 3C’s stayed on my mind very brightly and going through my core values was very good reminder of what’s truly important!

I had heard great things about RTT sessions and how they create real, lasting change and was drawn to Ivanda.
Before the RTT session, I was really struggling with procrastination. I kept putting things off, especially my exam, which I had been postponing for a long time. I felt stuck and lacked the confidence to move forward. I didn’t believe in myself, lacked confidence.

Before the 21 Days Inner Balance Challenge, I felt emotionally empty, so I walked into this challenge to fill up my energy tank. After the challenge, I felt much better, because I have so many tools to choose from now & I can use exactly the ones that work specifically for me. I realised that a lot of people struggle from similar or related problems & that we actually have the power to help ourselves when we have the right tools.
Last couple of videos blew my mind, especially, when we were discussing the topic around our parents & people that we dislike & going into deeper on why that is. I also loved the exercise on “looking in mirror” & then writing powerful statements on my mirrors that have a great impact on me as I see them every day.
Highly recommend this challenge to anyone interested in self-development.

On first impression, Ivanda made me feel like she was a warm, grounded and trustworthy person, and so I felt safe to entrust my first RTT session to her.

I was looking for someone with whom to work on my eating disorders and unhealthy habits and Ivanda seemed to be a good match on this.
I have been struggling with food and eating disorders all my life. In the last months I have been struggling even more, projecting my frustration and feelings of lack onto the food.
The session gave me a clarity I didn’t expect. I realized what was holding me back and why this habit started and was so powerful within me. I have started looking at it from a different perspective and I have improved my eating habits.
